Called 3 agencies and no reply 10 days! . A friend was told we need to do 72 hour covid test to go to Cuba by CAA Niagara. But on government site only asked us to be immunized and do test upon return to Canada. Called here and Sheryl returned our call to advise us four friends. We will always book 2-3 times a year with no other agency. They are responsive and up to date and answer our request promptly. Awesome Sheryl!! Lucette
