A Child's World Family Child Care Services Of Niagara

I am writing this review with a heavy heart and a lot of frustration, hoping to save another family from the stress we’ve endured. As a full-time working parent, I rely on childcare to be a partner, but this facility has felt more like an obstacle. In a single month, my child was sent home for 'illness' seven different times. While I understand health protocols, it feels as though the power to send children home is being misused for convenience rather than actual care. It is impossible to maintain a job when you are constantly called away for things that are normal parts of childhood.

Worst place ever for toddler care. Courtney is the absolute worst. Caught her gossiping and spreading lies about parents and coworkers because she didn't know I was standing there. They never update anything in the apps or actually do anything with the children and my son has come home with horrendous diaper rash because he's never changed

My grandson attends an ACW centre in Ridgeway. The staff are caring, professional and friendly. He has learned so much and continues to grow daily. It makes my heart so happy when he runs I to the room to play with his friends. The staff have been diligent in providing a safe environment during the pandemic and I feel that my grandson is safe, in every way.
