I had many AC windows installed a number of years ago, and every single one of them now leaks through the double pane and there is condensation between the panes. I have a signed warranty, which they wouldn’t honour because I hadn’t sent it in to them after they were installed. I sent them a copy of the warranty and they said it was not valid. I would strongly suggest avoiding these windows.

Fantastic company and product. Mike went through all the options with us and made sure we had the best window to meet our needs. Bob and his crew did a great job with the installation and took their time around our stained glass windows which we really appreciated! Communication was excellent. We can’t thank them enough.

From the initial meeting with Mike, who went through all of our questions without any hesitation and very clear product outline, to the installation team led by John and his family who did amazing workmanship and clean up afterward, to the billing person Nikki, who is very clear and on top of what needed to be done for this job and a subsequent job of replacing glass from a previous installation 20 years ago, a definite 5 stars for everyone. Great work, on time for a reasonable price. Can’t ask for much better!

Why 5 STARS? Simple, product made here, Niagara Falls Ontario! Salesman, Mike is very knows the product and competition very well. Bob the installer has very good public relations, highly experienced in all of the installation and supervisor and team building skills are dynamic! I will and have recommended AC Vinyl too many others. Thank you very much Frank and all of the staff for your complete service and product!
