A-1 INN

Been coming here since 2023, We consider it our home away from home. The service is good , the staff is awesome, the location is about 12minutes away from the falls, also it's easier to get food since there are many restaurants on Lundy's lane. I recommend this place, if you need an affordable place .

Sufficient for the price, room I stayed in was clean, bed was comfortable, and service was good and fast enough. No ammenities like coffee or water from what I could tell, TV barely worked, and lighting and decoration in the room wasn't anything to write home about. Room did include a microwave fridge at least, even if the tablelamp only had one kf the two bulbs there. Didn't expect anything impressive for the price, but it does have a feeling like you're in a room from 2005 stuck in time, has a charm if that's what you are looking for. Location was good, enough restaurants and inns and entertainment away from the core of niagara tourism. A bit too expensive for what I expected but price probably includes the pool I didn't use. Thanks for the stay.

I read a bunch of reviews prior to my stay at this inn and I’m happy to say that many of them were wrong. The room was pristine, the pool was glorious and the shower was hot. If the only complaint was a lack of ice machine, then we were close enough to many establishments that could have solved that problem within walking distance. The staff were enthusiastic and polite. We stayed 2 nights and didn’t have housekeeping but it was a non issue so really not worth the loss of a star. My friend comes to visit every summer and we have already made plans to stay here again. Fantastic stay!

Terrible Experience – Not Family-Friendly I strongly do not recommend this motel for families. During our stay, we felt extremely uncomfortable due to inappropriate activity on the property. The environment did not feel safe or family‑friendly at all. Additionally, the owners were arrogant and rude, and our room was never cleaned throughout our entire stay. This is not a place I would return to. They truly deserve ZERO star.

Very accommodating as we did not book in advance. Our room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were amazing and quite easy to talk to, and the pool was so clean and refreshing and the lounge chairs worked well for sunbathing. Very quiet family fun. I know where to stay next time we visit Niagara Falls
