had two awesome experiences with A1, first my washer died. Tech gave a detailed explanation as to fix or not. Decided on new machine from A1, installed and setup efficiently by service. Second my basement flooded on a Sunday, called emergency heating #, who in turn called Thomas the plumber who came within 1/2 hour, concluded my drain frozen, setup a pump and pumped water into sewer drain until original problem resolved. Overall great customer service and knowledgeable staff

Had the parts in stock and readily available to get my furnace back up in a matter of minutes. very nice and knowledgeable staff. would recommend

Very poor service! Nobody works after 3, show up early for appointments when I’m not home, then charge 300+ dollars for 10 minutes of work. Didn’t paint the gas lines like they had noted would be done so had to get paint and do that my self. Then mis diagnosed a furnace issue and called it a day. Glad I talked to someone else with better rates. Probably would have charged 1000+ after just throwing parts at what they thought it might be. Meanwhile the furnace itself has a service code light that anyone can read with directions printed right next to it. Clearly wasn’t the issue they said it was and I’m no rocket scientist Sad that a small town business that you would assume is reputable handles business this way. Do whatever you can to rack the bill up and take money from locals. Would never recommend. Get better! 🤦🏻

I am new to the area and am in the process of redoing my kitchen, so I will be needing to update my appliances over the next few months. The store was a disaster, I went in to inquire about an electric cooktop to replace my gas cooktop, fyi I know nothing about these cooktops. the woman was helpful in providing me with a price but I found her to be extremely condescending. As I was leaving the store this person put her hands on my body without my permission, As a male survivor of abuse I found this extremely unacceptable and unprofessional bordering on assault. If a man touched a woman in this manner he would be charged. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Lorrie is awesome! She had the guys at my house within 2 hours to check on my issue. The main water meter in the basement was leaking and the plumber checked everything out. Lorrie even called the Town to get a work order for them to replace their faulty equipment. I have had them come another time for a clogged bath tub and the service was awesome!! I would highly recommend this company. Thank you guys I really appreciate your service 😊👍
