We booked the suite with the jacuzzi and it cost about $70 more. At 11pm New Year’s Eve we finally got back and were ready to use the jacuzzi to find the hot water worked for about 15 seconds then went cold. So we tried to warm up with a hot shower and same thing, 15 seconds then cold water. To top it off the heater in the room was set to max temperature and was blowing out cool air. All of this at 11:30pm when it was 17° outside. No refund or help. Terrible experience.
View on GoogleI would give 0 stars if I could. To start it was 17 degrees outside, a nice warm jacuzzi or shower sounds nice. NEITHER had hot water. On top of that the heat was blowing out cold air no matter how high we set the temperature. This was 11pm at night once we made it back to the room might I add. I contacted the property where I was then disrespected and called a liar. They would not offer a refund yet said I could switch rooms- AFTER I already left. These people are scammers and not worth your money or time. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
View on GoogleI’ve been here twice and honestly, despite it being a motel, the rooms are very clean and the owners are so funny, sweet and accommodating! With this place being a 10 minute walk to Clifton, it is so ideal for us because we get to be close to the action, but far enough where we don’t have to hear the hustle and bustle of Clifton. I’ll be continuing to visit anytime I need a quick getaway to Niagara!
View on GoogleDO NOT RECOMMEND! The place is dingy, and dirty. The price is comparable to hotels in the area, I was expecting a nice experience given the cost. Unfortunately the room was not clean nor comfortable. There were bugs, cobwebs, a strange stain on the couch and holes in the bedsheets (bedsheets likely weren't even washed either). The washroom had not been renovated since the 80s, and is in desperate need of repairs (leaky shower). They offer a continental breakfast (muffins, bagel and coffee) from 7-9am. We checked out early and the staff seemed unsurprised by our concerns. If you are not going to change anything, at the very least reduce your pricing so people pay for what they get. 250$ a night is ridiculous for a place like this.
View on GoogleRooms were nice. Clean bed sheets and comforter, clean floors. Washroom was also clean but the tub needed a bit of work. Nice lighting. The beds were a bit squeaky once you first sit but nothing too bad. I guess the lamps near the bed had wires under the bed so sometimes when we laid on a specific part of the bed then the lamps and outlets didn’t work. Service was amazing, extremely nice owners. Breakfast was good, had the basic stuff but not too many options. Overall, good for the price and would come again
