The worst store I have been in in history. I’ve been here more than 10 times and every time I come, do you wanna check my ID the gas is expensive. Their service is shit. Their workers have shitty attitudes. I’m not usually a person who is angry, but this is a place that’s unacceptable. they would ask ID to fill up your gas or even get a lighter.

One of the worst 7-Elevens I've been to. The staff are only interested in cacophonously chatting with each other, don't even acknowledge customers as they walk in, and certainly don't bother with the general upkeep or re-stocking of their store. Watched a guy (customer?) vomit into the garbage receptacle by the coffee station. Just atrocious :(

Place has went downhill big time in the last few months. Coffee bar is crap no selections anymore only 1 going and it has been sitting there for hours and hours. Upped their prices on energy drinks. They they won't compete with the gas station across the street. I asked the muska lady that was there to price match because it was $1.18 across the street compared to their $1.24 but she said no she's not going to do that because they're going to make theirs go higher it doesn't matter I told her I was told that they now price match and if I seen it cheaper across the street to let them know and they wouldn't match it. they give me an Esso card to save $0.05 a liter for 100L and I get told that they are going to start price matching because of the new gas station I guess not because muska says they don't do that. I am no longer going to be coming here nobody knows their job or what to do completely clueless to what they're supposed to be doing and look at you like you are a problem in their life ridiculous!!!! I come here daily multiple times a day me and my entire family would come here and buy things not anymore we are now going Go across the street where the drinks this have not went up the gas is cheaper and the people are a lot friendlier I don't need your crappy pizza because you have a pizza place in the parking lot and there is a nice shawarma hut across the street so no need for your food either and as for coffee well I guess I'm just going to start getting that from the Tim Hortons right down the street you guys have failed and have lost a six plus year customer

I’m going to give this a location 4 stars. I always stop in when 7/11 comes across my path to see what the quality of the store is like. This one is MUCH cleaner than other location I have visited through out Niagara. From the coffee station to the slushy machine I thought it was clean enough even to let my kids eat from the hot table. Well they both said their hot dog and one off those rolled pastry things were delicious.👏 Staff was friendly.

Bought a pizza and 2 hotdogs in here. On the monitor the hotdog was 2 for $6.00 then when I went to the cashier it goes up to $7.98 tried to tell the cashier about it then she said that that promo was already done. By law, the 2 for $6.00 should be honored and I am not actually sure if that promo was really done or the lady was just so lazy to void it and wanted to go home as fast as she can. Not Nice 7-Eleven at Drummond/Mcleod!
