3 For 1 Glasses

Very concerning experience, likely counterfeit luxury eyewear I ordered a pair of glasses from the high-end section of this store with prescription lenses and was explicitly told they were authentic Chanel, sold at full retail price. When I picked them up, I did not receive a Chanel case, cleaning cloth, or any Chanel documentation or warranty information. None of this was disclosed at the time of purchase. What I received does not match what was represented. First, the CC logo on the temple is loose and rotates, which should never happen on genuine Chanel frames. Even more concerning, the metal logo has already begun turning green, indicating oxidation from low-quality metal or poor plating. Authentic Chanel hardware does not behave this way. Second, for new, retail Chanel eyewear, branded packaging and documentation are standard. The complete absence of these items raises serious concerns about authenticity and sourcing. I have since had multiple people look at these frames, including individuals familiar with luxury eyewear, and they have all raised the same concern: these do not appear to be authentic Chanel. At minimum, they are not new retail quality as represented. If a store wants to sell replicas, grey-market items, or damaged stock, that should be clearly disclosed and priced accordingly. Selling something as authentic luxury while delivering something that shows immediate quality failures is misleading and unacceptable. I feel taken advantage of and would not trust this store for luxury purchases. Buyers should be extremely cautious and demand full authentication, original packaging, and documentation before paying premium prices here.

I was just shopping around for a better price and came around this place. Ridiculous. I thought, eh it sounds to good to be true, but I will check them out anyway. I thought to myself, hey, I can get a pair of sunglasses, and two pairs of seeing glasses for the price of one. As it states 3 for 1. So I thought pay for the one pair and get the other two for free. So disappointed, this is not true at all. 3 for 1 is not true at all. It is a scam, just to get you into the store. False advertising. I was impressed with the selection of glasses, they have a lot of selection, if you are looking for selection, and want to pay an arm and a leg for your glasses. However, for my eyes I needed progressive glasses and certain coatings. By the time they gave me an estimate, for my progressive lenses, and 3 sets of frames, with all of the necessary coatings on them, two of them being everyday progressives, and one pair being progressive sunglasses, for all 3 pairs, I was looking at over 900.00. So disappointed. It was expressed to me that I would pay for all 3 frames, but if I wanted anti-glare, anti-scratch, and some extra coatings on my glasses, everything was a-la-carte. I would end up paying for each and every extra, on each set of glasses. At the end, so disappointed. Still searching and looking around for a good deal. What a scam. These people should be ashamed of themselves. 3 for 1 is a scam. Would not recommend them to anyone. My perception, is if it states 3 for 1, you should pay for one pair, and get the other two all for free. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all. Would not recommend them at all. So very disappointed. Well, I guess I will have to keep on looking.

I had a fantastic experience at 3 for 1 Glasses! The eye doctor was incredibly kind and took the time to ensure my prescription was perfect. The staff was extremely helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The owner was very welcoming, creating a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. A special shout-out to Anna at the front desk—she was amazing at sorting out our insurance and went above and beyond to help. If you're looking for a place that truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend 3 for 1 Glasses!

Went to ask about my daughter's broken glasses. Very friendly customer service and the lady was able to help us instantly. While there my daughter was browsing and found her next pair of glasses. Will gladly support them for our next purchase.

I have been coming to 3 for 1 for 10 years for my glasses, and cannot imagine going anywhere else. Not only do they have an amazing selection with great pricing, the staff actually care. I am a high maintenance customer (my prescription changes regularly and require multiple pairs with single and multi vision.) They always make sure that all adjustments, fits and clarity are taken care of and if anything needs to be changed they are happy to help.
