Great sandwiches and selection. Staff are kind, knowledgeable and quick. Had several sandwiches at this location and the turkey is the best. It is pricey for a sandwich at 15 plus but there is lots of meat on the sandwich so worth it. Will definitely be back.

My family craves Bench sandwiches at least once a week. If you are looking for a fresh flavourful sandwich that doesn’t skimp on portions this is where to go. Our favourite sandwich bread is the potato and olive oil sourdough, delicious!

In the busiest of season ,Kyle and his team have came to the table with the most delicious meal to serve 35 guests. I gave them a budget and they worked their magic. To be honest, I am still thinking about chicken and roasted veggies. We are so blessed to have this locally owned business. From breakfast or lunch or dinner, every thing is made fresh and with care. The employees are friendly and helpful even in the meal time rush. I highly recommend and encourage a visit this January …supporting local helps our community prosper and thrive.

Great sandwiches! We had the Grimsby Smoked and their weekly chicken and both were delicious. Their quinoa salad was phenomenal too, and so were their oatmeal date cookies. Staff were super friendly. 10/10
