Where did you guys go........

Had the pleasure of dealing with Luca’s Schmiedendorf from 20/20 and was nothing but prompt, helpful, informative and a pleasure to deal with. Good customer service like that is what will keep me right when I am with 2020.

I was with this broker for 5+ years and I never had a claim and rarely needed anything from them other than to confirm my renewal papers. When they stopped dealing with Aviva I needed help with adding my husband onto my policy and needed to call various times to confirm. They never had time to help me right away, they never got back to me in a timely manner, and when I called days later to ask why I hadn't got a call back they said they "left me a message" which I do not have . They do not update their records - for example , they have my wrong age and martial status . Can't even get a call back. I was so pleased with their service until the last few months. Overall they do try to give you the best deal, but they don't call you back when you really need them to.
