My wife and I stayed here for only 1 night and we wished it were longer. We had selected a king room but were happy to hear that we were kindly upgraded to a premium king room which had a living area and kitchenette. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Larisa and Mandy. We had booked the package that included breakfast at NOTL but they called a little while before the stay to inform us that the restaurant would unfortunately be closed for a systems upgrade. They graciously offered to have us get breakfast at Starbucks at no cost. I also used the Spa services and had a 30 min massage which was excellent as were the amenities at the spa itself. I especially liked the steam room and snow room. Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be visiting again.

We had a wonderful stay at 124 on Queen Hotel & Spa. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and everything on Queen Street. Our room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design and overall atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The spa and amenities really elevate the experience and make it feel like a relaxing getaway rather than just a hotel stay. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Has such a pleasant stay the first time that my wife and I came back!!. Unfortunately the second time has not been as pleasant as services are still the same but I found paying full price for the hydrotherapy when some services were unfunctional seemed to be a bit much. I am a fairly easy going sleeper, yet the bed we were on destroyed both our backs and necks from the pillows that simply seem to resemble a sheet folded inside. For a spa resort you would think the main focus in which you payed for isn't broken. Every movement you can hear and feel the broken springs. Most people come here to feel better. Not leave feeling worse his time around we stayed in the building above the Treadwell restaurant we have breakfast (also absolutely fantastic), but just not as comfortable as the main rooms. Therefore just pay the difference for the sign. premium king over premium king. The bed is amazing and available room inside is worth it if your getting away to recoup. With the increase in popularity of course there is also the large influx of locals at the hotel restaurant. So I advise booking a reservation before banking on it being available. gladly come back again in future as our top choice for area.

This is THE place to book when you are in NOTL. Beautiful rooms with great design and so many thoughtful touches. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the team is super friendly. Debbie was so kind and took the time to show us our room. We enjoyed the hydrotherapy circuit at the spa - the snow room was quite the experience! Everything was clean, plenty of towels, cozy robes and a great relaxation room. The bar is a great space …with Treadwell next door being a big bonus. Perfect location in NOTL. Highly recommend.

We had a fabulous stay! Everything was top notch and location was perfect. We had a nice stroll along the Main Street. So beautiful. We enjoyed the circuit spa and a sound bath in the salt room. Dinner at NOTL and breakfast at Treadwell. Food and service was great! The rooms were lovely. I only wish the spa was kept up a little better while we were there. It wasn’t the cleanliest. Hair balls around the hot tub, the hot tub water had floaties of who knows what and oily top of the water, old robes and towels strewn around the chairs, the cold face towels weren’t stocked. We still had a lovely time and would recommend. I just hope management, moving forward, keeps an eye on this.
