Sometimes their small and medium pizzas are good, I'll give them that. BUT!!! There was one occassion 8 months ago where I was told one price on the phone and it jumped up another 5 dollars by the time it arrived. I told the driver I was told my amount already and I'm sticking to what I was told in advance. The driver told me I was rude and fussing for no reason. Another time, approx. 3 months ago, the same thing happened. the price was 2 dollars higher than what I was told on the phone in advance. Mind you this was a different driver, and wasn't rude either. Third time's a charm!!! Tonight I ordered a pound of chicken wings, the man on the phone was rushy and took my order and my name and hung up. So I'm waiting like a fool for 45 mins, assuming they new where to deliver it, they asked my name, but not my address. So 45 mins later I decide to call, realising they never took my address. The man on the phone yelled in my ears as he yelled across his restaurant to his co-worker questioning what happened to my order trying to push the blame on him while I knew by his voice it was him!!! So he comes back to me and says "look lady you never gave "him" an address (wow are these people for real?) you have a choice take what's been sitting here or wait another 20 minutes for a fresh batch." I firmly, but calmly said "I can't believe this service. I have had 3 separate issues with your restaurant. I don't need this treatment or your lousy service anymore!" I know several others who have had some issues with Luciano's as well. The man had the audacity to say "whatever" to me and hung up on me!!!

Luciano's Pizza and Wings are great. Ask my kids, they love it. My wife is a big fan of the wings. I like the subs myself. Yes we do the website but we don't eat all our client's products. Marco is the best.. and the deleiver is fast. The food is smokin hot when it arrive. I really like that.
